Returns (Wrong Product Only)

We offer a 14-day return policy, applicable only if you receive a wrong product.

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return Eligibility

A return will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste, preference, or personal reasons

  • Opened or used products

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately at sanjuliproducts@gmail.com with proper images so we can verify and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any condition:

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
